Hi, My name is Veronica Miller. I’ve spent over 12 years in business.

I have worked a lot in corporate consultancy. I have made a lot of money for some of the biggest names in business (people like IBM, British Telecom, ING and Walmart).

I have helped them develop new projects, sort out problems and increase efficiency. I have cut costs from anywhere between $200,000 a year to $3.5million a year. I have worked out whole new ways of managing projects worth up to $27,000,000. I grew sales 100%. I worked out how we were going to measure, track and demonstrate value for a $1,740,000,000 government contract.

In my last couple of consulting roles I got to help my client pitch for a $1,280,000,000 contract and I looked after the finances and completion schedule for a $100,000,000 project.

But I’ve also done a lot of work with smaller companies, and one-person start-ups. People with small businesses just like mine.

I just love this because I’ve been there myself, having to take on every role and job in your business no matter how small or large.

I’ve done everything from creating my own graphics and web pages to working stalls, selling to individuals, selling to companies. Whether it’s writing out hundreds of envelopes by hand for a mail drop or having to work a stall at a six-day trade-show single-handed I’ve been there and done it. Sometimes it’s exhausting, mostly it’s exhilarating. There is no feeling like the satisfaction you get from creating something right from the ground out of nothing.
